this cottage is roomy and warm with an open floor plan and big windows that bring in natural light and vibes of the lake life community Bring your bikes and kayaks (which you can store in the attached garage), have a family reunion-style BBQ with corn hole and a fire pit in the back yard, or sit on the front porch and chat with all the lovely neighbors as they walk their dogs or while they are on their way to the playground and beach.
this home has a keyless entry lock, so you are able to access the home without worrying about losing a key! you will receive an access code before you arrive that you will use to access the home You will enter the code provided into the keypad followed by the check mark symbol to unlock the door. To lock the door when departing from the home you will just press the "Yale" button at the top of the keypad. You will have access to the entire home including a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a garage to keep bikes and your gear.
my wife and i live out of state but we do have people locally who can help out if needed Please keep in mind that if an issue is brought to our attention later in the evening then it may be the next day before I can get someone out to the property.

for stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival for stays 30-59 nights it will be $370 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $130
