It was built in the 1960s and 70s as an artist’s retreat. The construction is concrete, concrete block, and native stone. It has been fully renovated and updated for easy island living. Quart-A-Nancy point comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults in three bedrooms. An additional 1 or 2 Guests can potentially be accommodated on our double futon. Quart-A-Nancy Point is a smoke-free establishment.

Our 50-foot, open-plan, living area and west-facing panoramic view showcase spectacular sunsets over the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Experience self-sufficient island living without giving up all the amenities. We produce our own 110v power on-site using solar technology and feature free wireless internet.
