The kitchen is conveniently open to the great room allowing everyone to stay engaged in the family conversation. The great room has a wicker sectional sofa, a large HDTV and a dining table for six. Sliding doors lead to the screened-in patio which has a large round table for six and a spectacular view of the 7th green of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. Next to the patio is an open deck with a table for four and a propane gas grill.
the master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king size bed, a smart hdtv and an adjoining bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower complete with a rain head and body sprays A sliding door allows access to the open deck and a view of the golf course. Across the hall is the second bedroom with a queen size bed, a smart HDTV and access to the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

for monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: for cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $25000 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
