recently updated and modernized home: we have made some fun improvements to make our home a bit more special you will find various games and arcade machines throughout the home and a huge sectional sofa for family and friends to join in on all the fun!
we added 2 arcade machines which include a series of games including: pac-man and street fighter
a wooden tik tac toe for a small game around the table
corn hole toss outside to enjoy the beautiful weather
an exciting and competitive wall ring toss game

We are consistently looking to attract new members/owners to our LLC to help offset the common maintenance and furnishings expenses of the property among all members; hence, all of us get to enjoy the best experience. Since there are many members, our Vrbo listing is utilized for scheduling and booking of the property on a first come-first serve basis. Some features and policies represented in this portal are not necessarily correct but they’re required to comply with Vrbo and I am not able to change them. The governing document of our shared ownership LLC is “The Operating Agreement”, which sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of it, you must be assigned an ownership interest % in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with the right to use the property.
