about the home: 30a born 2 beach is a magnificent new construction modern coastal home in blue mountain that is simply stunning It's an entertainers dream with a large back yard pool that has a tanning shelf, swim up table, and spa. Outside of the pool you can relax in the sun or in the shaded lounge area with comfortable seating, outdoor tv, dining and outdoor kitchen. Step inside and the entertaining continues. Here you'll find a recreation area that includes a poker table, sectional sofa, tv and mini kitchen. There are two king bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps six on this first floor. An interior elevator provides access to all three floors.
the second floor is also grand, with a chef's kitchen that includes a six-burner gas stove and griddle, two dishwashers, two microwaves and an island with seating for 7 There is a lovely balcony overlooking the back yard with additional dining space, couches and a tv. Also, on this floor there are two king bedrooms and another bunk room that sleeps six.
