A covered outdoor living area with furniture, its own private 6m pool, fully equipped open plan kitchen with alfresco dining, a large Cable TV, DVD Player and surround sound system - what else can you wish. On the upper open terrace, you can enjoy a sunbath or catch up on your reading with stunning views of the tall palm trees and the sea. On top you also can use the large common pool with Jacuzzi of the Residence. Private parking space is also available just next to the townhouse.
