main level has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (each with a tub/shower combo) full stocked kitchen, living room with flatscreen tv & access to the lakeside deck + screened porch, where you can take in beautiful views!
lower level has recently been remodeled and includes a family room w/2nd flatscreen tv, 2 flex rooms and a bathroom w/shower Sliding glass door allows for easy access to the patio where you'll find 2 kayaks and 2 inflatable paddleboards.
lakeside firepit sits between the house and dock
extra large dock, 2 ladders, 1 floating dock Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use. Enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner in the shade under ceiling fans w/2 sets of tables/chairs, and/or relax on loungers in the sun. Large stationary area - perfect for sun lovers!
