the accommodation is spread over 3 floors with two of the bedrooms each with a super-king bed (both can be reconfigured into twin beds on request) and a third attic bedroom with a double and small double bed
the house is situated on a quiet residential street with ample free, unrestricted on-street parking
outside there is a large, private area with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining
the property is located a 15 min walk from all of the attractions that the beautiful spa town of harrogate has to offer, including king's road, the conference centre, turkish baths, betty's tea rooms and valley gardens Both the bus and train station are less than a 15 minute walk away.
if you're in need of an even quicker pint then the property is also less than a 5 minute walk from high harrogate's pubs (including one of our favourite tap houses in harrogate!), independent shops, supermarkets and eateries
the stray (200 acres of grass parkland) is also a 5 minute walk from the property

there is also a lockable outhouse accessible from the outside area which you are welcome to use for storage of bikes or outdoor equipment

the property is the end terrace on a quiet residential road which means there is ample free and unrestricted, on-street parking directly alongside and in front of the property
