The spacious living and dining area has newly added dry bar with bevy fridge and all your bar necessities. Off the side door thru the kitchen you’ll fine outdoor dining with Weber grill and fire pit.
on the second floor you’ll find 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twins, as well as a separate area and brand new bathroom The play area has a foosball table, TV w/fire stick, puzzles and games.

wareham is the “gateway to the cape” so there are lots of town and public beaches you’ll have access to! this home is centrally located, about a 7 minute drive to downtown wareham and wareham crossing for shops and restaurants and to quaint little marion in the other direction Plenty of walking trails, playgrounds, clam shacks and shopping close by. Or head to the Cape! You’ll be at the bridge in about 15-20 minutes. If historic Plymouth is more of an interest, that ride is about 20 minutes too.
