Spacious 3 bedroom, detached family villa in a gated community. Set next to a beautiful communal swimming pool, open all year round. The property, which is situated in Los Altos, is only a short drive from Torrevieja, where you will find its: beaches, shops, restaurants, funfair, market, harbour walk and water parks.

on the top floor of the villa, you will find a private sun terrace with distant sea views, and amazing sunset views The outside of the property has been freshly painted and there is a newly paved terrace on the ground floor, wrapped around the villa, with a 6 seater rattan table and chairs for you to enjoy al fresco dining, sun canopy’s are provided for shade in the summer sun.
the communal swimming pool is right next door to the villa This is open all year and has beautiful gardens for you to sit and relax in the sunshine. For safety, there is a sectioned off, shallow section of the pool for children to enjoy.
alicante airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa by car or taxi, you can also get a bus directly from the airport to torrevieja bus station
