Couples and family bookings only.. Sunset View is a characterful sandstone conversion from what was once a modest hay store. Newby Farm is tucked away down a long private road, surrounded by rolling fields which the barn looks out on to. This is a great spot for wildlife watchers, with hare, deer and a huge variety of birds all on your doorstep. You have your own parking spaces, as well as a patio where you can soak up the sun, or in the evening you can lie under the stars which light up the night due to the area having little light pollution.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with everything needed for a self-catering stay. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, a double as well as a bunkbed room. The ground floor is completed with the shower room, where you can start and end each day refreshed. Upstairs on the first floor is the second double bedroom. Sunset View is a great choice for families as well as couples and friends.

Great Ayton is just six miles away and is a wonderful place for picnics and feeding the ducks, and the streets are lined with tea rooms and fascinating shops. Captain James Cook was born here and a visit to the museum is a must.
