The history of the cottage is amazing and was previously the village Drapery Shop. There are numerous National Trust properties in the area, as well as the RHS gardens at Rosemoor and Docton Mill. Hartland Abbey is well worth a visit, along with the lighthouse at Hartland Point and even the shipwreck museum at Hartland Quay. Clovelly with its quaint cobbled streets and picturesque harbour is a must. This beautiful area is a very famous filming location for many films and TV programmes. Beach 2 miles.
