The Seashell is a spacious three-bedroom holiday let set in the outskirts of the coastal town of Dawlish in South Devon. This property is the perfect coastal base for a couple or a family looking to enjoy a seaside holiday and it is within a few minutes’ walk of the South West Coastal Path.
the living area on the ground floor is ideal for relaxing in after a busy day exploring the local area, so kick back and watch a film on the smart tv with freeview, with the patio doors opening out into the beautiful garden The kitchen is well equipped and the dining room next door has a table and chairs. The fully enclosed garden provides a fantastic spot for dining al fresco or for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun and it has a patio area, lawn (twelve steps up), outdoor hosepipe and garden furniture. There is a double sofa bed in the living room and a second one in the dining room however they can be setup for guests to use for flexible sleeping arrangements only as a maximum of seven guests can stay in the property. Head upstairs to discover the three comfortably furnished bedrooms; the first two each have a double bed and the other has a triple bunk bed (single bed over the double bed). The family bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath.

Walk along the sea wall to the resort of Dawlish Warren which has a sandy beach with the Exe estuary on one side and the sea on the other, attractions, various local facilities and a wonderful nature reserve to enjoy. The opposite direction takes you to the vibrant coastal town of Teignmouth with a beautiful long promenade, pier, beach restaurants and pubs, where you can sit and watch the world go by.
