Self contained 3 bedroom house with stunning views, free parking, 2 bathrooms, all recently refurbished to a high standard. By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking here, you can park one car on the private drive and one on the road immediately outside.
the living room has a 40 inch tv and i've recently added a projector which you can connect up to via hdmi
the kitchen has an american fridge freezer neff oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine (both filtered and cafetiere) Also there are all kinds of pots and pans, cutlery, knives, chopping boards etc. If you are going to need something specific give me a shout and if I don't have it already, I'll see if I can get it.
there is a travel cot available (let me know if it will be required), 3 large comfy beds and fresh bedding / towels provided
there are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and over bath shower, the other with a disco shower!
the house is a perfect base for exploring brighton and the south downs
please no parties, or music after 11pm, house is in a lovely quiet residential area and i wouldn't like to disturb the neighbours, plus i live in the flat adjacent / underneath
there isn't access to a garden but woodingdean central park is at the bottom of the road with all kinds of play equipment and football goals, tennis courts, great for families
