this 2-storey property newly built boosts a great open plan living area on the ground floor - with open plan kitchen with scullery opening up into the dining area and lounge/entertainment area leading out to the private courtyard
also located on the ground floor is the internal access garage which has been converted into a games room with xbox series x plus seating for the children Separate toilet is located on the ground floor. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms. There are 2 air conditioners (one upstairs and one downstairs) to ensure optimal temperature while staying in the property.
