1 No smoking inside the house. There is a penalty of AED 3,000 for smoking inside the unit as it damages our furniture and leaves smoke odours which is difficult to remove.
2 Pets are not allowed.
3 We require a photocopy of a valid government-issued Identification (such as a passport, Emirates ID, or GCC ID card) for registration before check-in. This information will be collected on our online check-in and rental agreement forms.
4 It is forbidden to host additional people not declared upon reservation.
5 Please note that any additional requests or services such as mid-stay cleanings will incur an extra charge/fee.
6 The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
7 guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, passports,
