there is private parking right on the property in one designated spot Follow the sidewalk near the garage corner to the front of the building. We have had neighbors complain about previous guests' noise when they walked in the driveway between the neighboring duplex.

we do have a strict cancellation policy We recommend that guests purchase travelers' insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.
