Ground floor: spacious lounge and dining room (central fireplace), separate fitted kitchen, bedroom with disabled access (two 80x200 beds OR queen-size bed) with en-suite shower room & WC, separate WC. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (two 80x200 beds OR queen-size bed in each), each with own shower room & WC. Sheltered terrace, garden. Parking. In garden: unheated swimming pool (4x10m) protected by dome, open 10am to 8pm, shared with another gîte (owners do daily maintenance and close dome every evening). Oil-fired heating (charge based on meter reading). Free firewood (if reasonable consumption). Folding cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath on request. Pets allowed with owner's prior agreement.
