1 No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and Eviction if rules are not followed.
