with a mountain-friendly theme, high ceilings, and tons of natural light, this gorgeous home feels like your very own ski chalet!
you'll love hanging out in the living room with its leather couches, armchairs, and a pellet stove to congregate around stream your favorite netflix show on the flatscreen tv, or get online with the wifi while your toes warm up next to the pellet stove!
the dining and kitchen areas are majestic with high ceilings, eight spots at the beautiful wood dining table, four extra chairs, and four stools at the breakfast bar the kitchen is stunning with stainless steel appliances, bright wooden cabinets, and everything a chef could need for a fantastic meal, including a dishwasher!
the two bedrooms on the main level are now at queen bed in one and a full bed in the other The large room upstairs now has two queen beds and a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom and a pullout twin under the full. The other two bedrooms are the same, each with a queen bed.
outside, there's a small patio and a gas grill so you can whip up some bbq With a DVD player, CD player, cable, and Blu-ray, everyone will stay entertained into the evening hours, and there's also a great mud room with storage space and a private washer/dryer. Plus, for an extra fee, you can bring your dogs on vacation with you.
this home is close to everything an outdoor adventurer could dream of - timberline ski lodge, mt Hood Meadows, and SkiBowl are all within 13 miles, so it's easy to spend your days out on the slopes! Whether it's winter or summer, there are tons of hiking and biking trails, and you can take the chairlifts up to the top of the mountain to enjoy the view! With many rivers and streams coming down from Mt. Hood, there are endless places to fish and swim, including Trillium Lake (just four miles away).
government camp is a great little mountain town with several bars, restaurants, and shops to peruse, and if you're feeling adventurous there are also wonderful day trips to take from here portland is less than 60 miles away for some city slicking, and the columbia river gorge is about 43 miles away for world-class windsurfing and kite boarding!
