top floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms on the top floor and 2 bedrooms 1 bath on the bottom floor Upstairs you will find the charm you would expect with real hardwood floors in the good-sized living room/dining room that also has old fashioned built-ins and a French door onto an ultra-large redwood deck complete with seating on 3 sides that offers great views. Top floor features 2 bedrooms and 1 Jack & Jill bathroom. Original Hardwood floors are on the top floor with ample windows for great lighting throughout.
walkout basement (rentable for an additional price Walkout basement is not rented separately to different guests... it is only rented as additional space to those who rent out the top portion.) It's a quaint cool space with an extra kitchenette and a lot of stretching out in a separate large living space. There a double bed and a queen bed in rooms with windows on two sides of the unit. Access available through one interior door or two exterior doors and walking down from the deck or throught the side stairs on the exterior. The lower unit is not accessible to those who have trouble with stairs.
