-there are 3 smart tvs in the home and 1 more tv that only plays dvds (we have a variety of kid and adult movies)
-split level home, so it does have stairs There are no steps to enter the lower level if you go through the garage.
the backyard is private and fully fenced The upper deck has a gas grill and outdoor dining table and chairs. The lower patio area has a fire pit and string lights. Extra folding chairs are available for your convenience and we also have corn hole boards (and bags) for your use.
the kitchen is stocked with your every day cookware and kitchen supplies We have the standard appliances as well as a toaster oven, electric griddle, crockpot, drip coffee pot, and tea kettle. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, basic spices, and a variety of coffee and creamers, and tea are also provided. Help yourself to complementary marshmallows, skewers, and fire wood during South Carolina’s cool seasons.
