4 Bedroom House in Myrtle Grove, Wilmington
We are nestled in a neighborhood that is conveniently close to so much of what Wilmington has to offer. Enjoy the main house with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fabulous Sunroom with wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling overlooking an inviting in-ground pool (not heated). There is a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use on the back wall of the sunroom. Across the pool is a studio tiny house that is all yours to use as well. It comes equipped with a modest kitchen, bathroom and all the privacy you need to get away. It has a queen bed and a sofa bed and comfortably sleeps 3. You have full access to both houses except for two closets that are used to store our tools and supplies to upkeep the houses. the double driveway leaves plenty of room to bring a mid-size boat! we are less than 5 minutes to a boat ramp!

11 to 15 minutes: riverlights with walk/bike trails, community park and pier, smoke on the water, magnolia social cafe, club gold indoor, the pointe at barclay with local restaurants and the pointe 14 movie theater, cameron art museum, halyburton park and nature center, long leaf park, greenfield lake and amphitheater, south front and cargo districts, trader joes..
