Summary: We made reservation for rooms a week in an half ago due to a kickball tournament that was held that week in Savannah. I paid for the rooms and got confirmation for it. So we drove 3.5 hours to Savannah to find out that our rooms were cancelled. I didn’t get a call from anyone. Spoke to the front desk lady who canceled the reservations. She couldn’t give me a good explanation. I asked to speak with a manager. She stated she couldn’t give out his cell# so I gave her mines. The whole weekend never did I get a call from the manager. So now we were stranded in Savannah without a place to stay. We never been to Savannah, don’t know anything about Savannah, just wanted to enjoy the weekend. So we had to use more money to find a place to stay for the weekend. This is the most unprofessional experience I ever had in making reservations for an hotel
