The Landings is a gated waterfront community with every amenity. there are 2 pools, a brand new world class renovated marina with slips available for rental, newly resurfaced tennis, and pickleball courts, bocci and basketball courts and boat ramp all located right on the premises!
the unit boasts 2 bedrooms, a waterfront ensuite primary bedroom with a king size bed Enjoy the lovely breeze from the slider and wake to the sound of swaying palms. The ensuite bath has quartz counter vanity and fully tiled shower.
