our building is fairly new and dates from 2004
it is a 2 rooms of approximately 60 m2 where one does not feel cramped! we have a balcony with a table that can welcome 6 to 8 people, and a private terrace in front of the apartment
the elevation is really nice, with a part on the sea in the distance
it is also a very quiet residence because of the stalemate situation
the apartment may be suitable for a couple with 1 or 2 young children
we have a fitted kitchen: induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, crockery and cooking utensils, coffee machine, electric kettle, juice extractor ...
we also have a washing machine, and a space to expand your laundry
each room is equipped with an air conditioner, and we have shutters at the window and the bay window
the entrance is done with a lock connected and digicode
