Stylishly decorated and furnished by the owner, it is a light and airy space and enjoys two bathrooms, one with toilet, a full sized bath and shower combined, one with toilet and a shower cubicle. A wood burner is included and patio doors open out onto a terrace and the riverside garden from both the living room and the master bedroom. There is a private lawned garden around the property for visitors, with garden furniture and a barbeque. A gate leads you through to the main riverside garden, extending to one and a half acres (shared with owner).

Closer still lies award winning Banham Zoo; a great day out for young and older alike. In under half an hour, you can be in the heart of Thetford Forest with its nature trails, High Walk and Go Ape. All this is, of course, if you can tear yourself away from the lovely riverside garden and cosy wood burner, both of which make gorgeous River View Lodge a great year round destination.
