This well presented cottage has been in the owner’s family for many generations and offers a great base for a family who are looking to enjoy the unspoilt East Riding of Yorkshire with its rolling hills, traditional seaside towns and the thriving cities of York, Beverley and Hull.

The ground floor accommodation is completed with a very well presented house bathroom featuring a large walk in shower. To the first floor is a double and a single room, both of which are decorated to a very high standard with high quality bedding and deep, comfortable mattresses. To the outside of the property is a small enclosed courtyard with seating.
