we have two leather sleeper sofas in the living room which is always for wiped down, sanitized, free from dusts and germs common to a lot of sofas
we have 100% waterproof, anti bed bug, anti mites, silent, protective mattress covers for both beds Always thorough washed, bleached and sanitized clean sheets, pillow covers, and blankets. We assure our guests for comfortable great night sleep.
the bathroom is well stocked with clean white towels, rags and toilet paper etc
kitchen will have all the necessary appliances you need like coffee maker, microwave, and toasters
fridge, electric range and oven are available If you prefer to cook your own food during your stay we provided pots, pans and all necessary cooking gadgets and dining utensils at least up to six people.
the dining room has expandable table that can accommodate ideally four adults, but can squeeze up to six people with folding chairs available
the living space can accommodate at least up to six people very comfortably with a good size 2 leather sleeper sofas, two coffee table/ottoman 50" smart LED TV with high speed internet. Plenty of lighting in the living room (all throughout the house) with a convenient remote controls.

parking is available for free on the driveway by the side of the house for one vehicle Occasionally this is shared with the host. If there is an RV parked on the left side of the driveway, just park on the right side which is dedicated to guests.
