guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:
- an open rooftop from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, monday to sunday
- a gym open from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required
- the pool is closed on wednesdays until 1:00 pm. for maintenance reasons.
- only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 am to 11 pm They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID.
- guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in
other things to note
🚧 please note: from september 29th to october 12th, 2025, waterproofing work will take place on the rooftop in areas near the gym and bbq These areas will remain open during this time.
there are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them
weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace..
