we try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! but we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

if any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee
4【no animal】
unfortunately this property is animal-free, not animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

this is a self catering home We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

we’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200 Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8【no late check-out】
unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests
9【dispose trash in the right bins】
please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
10 【lost & found】
please take all of your personal belongings before you check out If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
