i spent six months living in this side of the house, fixing it up all the time There is a lot of color in the house. I like color.
i love the wood floors They have had 85 years of sharing life with the many people who called this home.
the house is in good shape and clean The kitchen is basic but very serviceable.
the brick patio in back is pleasantly shaded I was quite pleased when one of my guests threw a party on the patio, so I added party lights. It deserves that kind of love and attention.

if you sit out on the front porch you will see lots of dog walkers go by Or you can enjoy the many squirrels that live fat off the numerous nut trees in the area. This is the squirreliest place I have ever lived.
