this charming beach bungalow sits less than a block away from the beach and about 200 yards from the shops/dining on the famous pier avenue The property has a spacious living room with plenty of seating that is open to the kitchen and dining area. The full kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and the dining area seats 6. There is also a separate washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with a king-sized bed and beautiful OCEAN VIEWS, a second bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a bathroom with dual sinks and an over-sized shower. The large backyard has an enclosed patio with a lots of outdoor space, Built-in BBQ, a dining table with seating for 6, and an outdoor shower! There is also private parking in the back of the property for one large SUV or two mid-sized cars.
