'The Ferns' is very spacious, some say like the 'tardis'. Beautifully furnished and positioned in this lovely village. Two sitting rooms, a snug, three woodburners, a large dining room with Aga and a separate kitchen.
there are numerous original features, throughout including the pamment floor We have taken great pride in the house and have made it a place where we want to spend time with our friends. We have not furnished it with 'rentals' or small children in mind but as a place for us and everyone to enjoy and hopefully keep enjoying over the coming years.

the front garden is enclosed by a wooden picket fence with gravel pathway leading to the front door and side, with mature shrub borders and rose garden Gated access leading round to the rear with a secret brickweave patio area and raised beds. There is a brick wall enclosing the garden with hedging above. An enchanting garden to the rear mainly laid to lawn with mature trees and shrub borders. Please help yourselves to the bountiful figs when ready to eat.
