The house is sunny, well-lit and has a large north-easterly facing deck attracting cooling breezes throughout the warmer months, and a very efficient gas heater to keep you snug in winter. The yard is fully fenced so children and pets can play safely. You can enjoy the best of both worlds with the ocean on one side and beautiful Wallaga Lake on the other. The property is 10 minutes drive (8.6km) to the main street of Bermagui and in walking distance (500m) to the nearby caravan park shop, popular Camel Rock Brewery and Cafe.
this location offers ideal walking tracks; south to bermagui, either via the pet friendly beach, or a coastal track that runs parallel to the beach, and north over murunna point to the mouth of the lake and one of the most beautiful views in the southern hemisphere! you can also walk around wallaga lake, from beauty point to regatta point, so lots to keep you active and entertained without having to use the car
