The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids to play—a short drive or bike ride to attractions (Zoo, Downtown, and more). It is only two blocks from City Park and the City Park Golf Course. The bar/restaurant at the golf course is one of the best places to watch the sunset in the city, with West views overlooking the course, city skyline, and mountains.
