The living area is made up of an open-plan space which also extends out to a contemporary conservatory and a study, flooded with natural light and featuring exposed Cornish stone walls, oozing character; with a woodburning stove on offer, cosy up on either of the two large sofas and enjoy the entertainment on the curved 4K television, with Netflix or read a book in one of the comfy chairs in the conservatory with its fabulous rear garden views. The study rests off the sitting area and enjoys stunning sea views, take a seat at the authentic writer's desk, and let the wonderful Cornish vista inspire you as you write your postcards. The kitchen and dining area offers a large space for the whole family to get together for meals, exposed stone walls, a classic old school writing desk and a traditional Olympia typewriter, give the space a charming character; a large oak dining table with matching chairs, comfortably seating eight, with the option to extend to seat 12, is ideal for entertaining and along with a wine rack and mini fridge, to chill your drinks to just the right temperature.
