welcome to our dream penthouse, located in the famous neve tzedek neighborhood, minutes away the sea! our colorful apartment has a gorgeous view over the rooftops all the way to yafo and the sea which can be enjoyed from the terrace on the top floor The terrace is fully furnished and features a jacuzzi.
**a parking is available for our guests but must be booked in advance please note that in case of hard rain the parking is not available**
**this is a duplex apartment so guests must be comfortable using stairs**

the apartment is located in the historical neighborhood of tel aviv called neve tzedek Neve Tzedek renown for being the first Jewish neighborhood built outside of the wall of the ancient port of Jaffa. Today, this neighborhood is famous for its unique and authentic architecture and it is home to many wonderful restaurants and shops.
it takes only a few minutes to walk to get to the beach and about 10 minutes to walk to the center of tel aviv
the main street is called shabazi and there are boutiques, shops, cafes & restaurants dotted around
the carmel market is a few steps away
the "tachana", which is the old train station (from the 20's) and has been renovated recently to host shops, boutiques & restaurants is also a few steps away from the apartment, down shabazi street
jaffa is also within walking distance along the tayelet (tel aviv promenade)
getting around
you can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station There are countless buses departing from the nearby Carmelit bus terminal which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
