This holiday home also offers a café room with bar; just perfect for a social cuppa before heading out for the day. The chef in the group will be delighted with the kitchen which offers a host of appliances including a huge range, triple slow cooker, and a large grill. There is a separate utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. A cosy ‘quiet’ room sits to the back of the house and here you can relax in one of two armchairs to read a book or enjoy one of the board games provided. A second sitting room offers more seating and access out to one of two private courtyards. This offers a private seven-seater hot tub and additional seating. Kilburn House offers two ground floor bedrooms, one of which has en-suite shower facilities, for those who can’t manage the stairs. Access to the second courtyard is via the café’ room. This outside area offers a covered seating area should the weather be a little inclement.
