- 1 big livingroom elegantly furnished, ideal to relax after a beach day to drink a glass of wine or simply relax reading a book (please note that most of the apartments do not have this livingroom space)

- one terrace overlooking a internal courtyard (with table-chairs, ideal to eat outside)
- a small terrace overlooking the plum trees in the garden with table and 2 chairs
