- confirmed guests are responsible for damages or missing items caused by any undisclosed or unapproved guests and pets
- overnight visitors are not allowed without the host's prior consent The person responsible for the booking must provide the visitor's full name and their relationship to the host for approval ahead of time. Penalty fee will be applied for undisclosed overnight visitors. Additional booking fee may apply per approved overnight visitor.
- this vacation home is street parking only and parking is free There are always open spots available throughout the day on the street that the home is on. The garage and driveway are not included for guest parking. Driveway can be used for loading/unloading purposes but do not leave cars parked unattended.
- each guest is provided with one set of 3 towels per stay, that includes one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash towel Towels are to be reused for the duration of stay. Laundry and additional towels are not available.
- guests are expected to return the home in the same condition that it was provided upon check-in Any missing or damaged items will result in additional fees. Guests who violate the house rules will be asked to reimburse the host for additional cleaning, repair or replacement costs incurred.
