Wood burner in the open plan living area. This is an upside down house with the main living space on the second floor giving an airy and bright space to live and work in. Our home is built with extra insulation, an eco heating system, and water reducing measures, and includes facilities to recycle waste to help us live and holiday in a sustainable way.

this is a great location from which to access many great sights in carmarthenshire, pemprokeshire and ceredigion We are 3 miles from the market town of Newcastle Emlyn which hosts a good variety of local amenities, 25 minutes from many of the Cardigan Bay beaches. There are great footpaths for walkers nearby and the National Wool Museum is only 2 miles.
