this 90 square meter property is situated inside a very elegant and clean building on the 2nd floor with elevator As you enter you will be met by a spacious entrance hall and 5 meter high ceilings all around. These ceilings, original to the 1700th century have been fully restored and are a beautiful representation of that time period.
the rest of the apartment is comprised of two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a large living room All of which have been decorated and furnished with high end antiquities and designer furniture. We love details and so do our guests.

7Linen and towels must only be used for their specific use.
8Feminine products and other items must be thrown in the trash and NOT IN THE TOILET. If the toilet blocks or the sink clogs it may be due to what you are putting down there and you will be liable for the cost.
9CLOSE your shutters and windows when you are not in your apartment.
10 please do not slam the doors in the apartment as it causes paint to crack around the doorframe and disturbs your neighbours
