Walking distance to Downtown, Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake (otherwise known as Town Lake) Alamo Drafthouse and a ton restaurants. Only 1.5 miles from downtown. Heated “Spool” it’s a spa/pool it is approximately 8ft wide by 16ft long, 3-4ft deep. Heats up fast. Parking for 6 cars in driveway/garage. Spectrum internet.
