we discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
