we have a private apartment in our new england home located within walking distance of the beautiful and classic costal town of rockland, maine Perfect for adults, one couple or one person.
cozy, warm and inviting with a totally separate and private entrance as well as private off street parking It occupies two floors with kitchen, nook sitting area and bathroom (with stall shower) on first floor. Sunny and bright bedroom with adjacent TV/sitting/lounging room located on the second floor.

area The kitchen is small, but fully functional with refrigerator, stove, dishware, glassware etc... and stocked with the basics.
there is a narrow steep set of stairs leading to the second floor as are typical in many old new england houses and for this reason it is extremely important that you are able to manipulate the stairway without difficulty Important to note The bedroom is on the second floor and the bathroom is on the first floor, something to keep in mind if you get up to use the bathroom at night.
