our property has always been a personal sanctuary, offering a unique connection to nature while seamlessly blending the comforts of modern home amenities It’s a place where the beauty of the outdoors and the convenience of modern living come together.
the spacious 852-square-foot wrap-around deck features a dining area for six, complete with a blackstone grill, pizza oven, and propane grill (propane provided)
it’s a wonderful spot to enjoy al fresco meals under the stars while gazing at the big and little dipper
a bistro table for two offers scenic views of the pasture, while a nearby swing set and sandbox keep little ones entertained
for those who love to explore, our dirt road is perfect for peaceful walks or bike rides Just a half-mile down, you’ll find a protected brook where you can fish or catch frogs. Along the way, you might encounter neighbors walking their dogs and exchanging friendly hellos.
seasonally, guests can enjoy our vegetable garden and treat it as their own during their stay
our free-range hens and mini donkey roam the property, adding charm and life, while our draft horses graze peacefully in the pasture

there is a seperate road for the barn and property out back which is a shared enterance at the very end of the driveway we have a farmhand who lives on the seperate property beyond the barn, out of sight, you may see her on the barn road as she travels to and from work, she is a local lobster fisherman!
please note that as this is a working farm, you may experience some farm smells—something we cherish as part of the life we love here It’s a way of living that we’ve worked hard to build and take great pride in. We’re thrilled to share this beautiful experience with other respectful families who appreciate the charm of farm life.
