lake michigan public access for shore walking is just a short walk away ** Local public lake access point (walkable from the property) (stairs)(0.3 mile walk) is part of our area homeowner’s association. It is just an access point. The beach areas are privately owned but are available to you for shore-walking. Another access point is Pier Cove (2.2 miles) which is lake accessible for shore-walking. West Side County Park (3.0 miles) has a great picnic and grilling area. Due to high water levels, only the North entrance is open.
