Wonderful two-bedroom home with a full kitchen. Located almost directly across the street from the Hospital. Plenty of parking in the front and rear for both campers and boats. Plenty of space in the front yard for any family activity and a fenced in back yard to accommodate pets and small children.

property is located right off of the main road but set far back enough that road noise is not an issue Large front yard with a fenced in area in the back so your pets can have a safe area to play in. Parking is available in both the front and rear. Rear parking can be accessed from the alley. Kitchen and living room form one large space in the front of this home. Both bedrooms are located off of this main area. In one room we have a queen size bed, the other we have two double beds and in the living room the couch can be made into a full size bed. Internet and Hulu TV provided for you.

Summary: Nice little place with modern appliances, a good shower head, Roku TV, clean, and very well stocked. I arrived on 12/23/23 to a wreath on the door and a lighted and decorated Christmas tree in the living room. We had a blizzard and got snowed in the day after Christmas. Stan, the owner, sent a guy over to shovel out the driveway. He also brought a new shovel to leave at the property which I soon put to use after the snowplows came by and blocked the driveway. Nice place with an even nicer owner.
