Enjoy your summer vacation in this lovely property which offers all the nice amenities of home, including Large Pool, High Speed Internet and Wireless Lan. First floor features Family Room with sliders to pool area, wet bar, large laundry room with additional refrigerator, one bedroom with a King Bed, one bedroom with a Queen Bed and one bedroom with Twin Beds. Second Floor offers modern Kitchen with granite counters with seating for 4, Dining Area with table seating for 8 and open & cheery Living Room. There is also a Master Bedroom with King Bed and private bath and one Bunk Room with Double Bed on the bottom and Single Bed on top. There are 4 TVs in the Living Room, Family Room, Master Bedroom and the Guest Room on the 1st Floor. Owner provides 4 Bikes and 4 Beach Chairs. Great views from Decks, only 2 "short" blocks to beach and 3 Off-Street parking spaces. The outside whirlpool/Hot Tub, High Chair, and Pack and Play are not included in the rental of the property..
